When asking pupils to create stories,
I  like to provide a random mixture of PEOPLE
OBJECTS
and PLACES.
In small groups they then string the pictures together so as to develop a story.
I prefer to have them tell the story first, so they’re clear about what’s happening before asking them
to try to put anything
on paper.
